Service Description
We can't wait for you to join Nautical Divers on an exciting offshore Jacksonville dive adventure! If you're a Platinum Charter Pass holder, you'll enjoy 6 dives for the price of 5! Remember to use your unique passcode in the coupon code field during checkout! Because of the challenging conditions offshore Jacksonville, all divers are required to be at least Advanced Open Water Divers with NITROX certification. Students are not permitted unless they are Advanced Open Water Dive students who already possess a NITROX certification and are accompanied by a certified dive instructor.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your charter. Cancellations due to weather or mechanical issues will be determined by the captain. If the captain decides to cancel the charter, we will reschedule to the next available trip. Weather cancellations are usually not issued until the day before the charter. We will contact you if there is a cancellation. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all our guests, we kindly require a minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to your scheduled charter for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If the charter is cut short due to weather, a mechanical issue, or a safety concern, we will work with you to reschedule your remaining dive(s). We will not reschedule charters for a diver if that diver becomes ill during the charter.
