Because of the challenging conditions offshore Jacksonville, all divers are required to be at least Advanced Open Water Divers with NITROX certification. Students are not permitted unless they are Advanced Open Water Dive students who already possess a NITROX certification and are accompanied by a certified dive instructor.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your charter. Cancellations due to weather or mechanical issues will be determined by the captain. If the captain decides to cancel the charter, we will reschedule to the next available trip. Weather cancellations are usually not issued until the day before the charter. We will contact you if there is a cancellation. If you cancel your charter before at least 48 hours before departure, we will work with you to reschedule up to 12 months from the original charter date. No refunds will be issued. If the charter is cut short due to weather, a mechanical issue, or a safety concern, we will work with you to reschedule your remaining dive(s). We will not reschedule charters for a diver if that diver becomes ill during the charter.
